I had a pleasure of meeting baby Nathanael at my downtown Jersey City studio last week. What a session it was! The little guy was wide awake almost through the entire session. And that’s ok. At just 18 days old he was really aware of his surroundings. He loved looking around and was very curious. We also took a lot of breaks for feedings, diaper changes and mommy time. And that’s why my newborn photo sessions can last anywhere from 2 to 4.5 hours. I always want to make sure that we have enough time to do different set ups with props and photograph baby with parents for the family photos. At the end we had a perfect combination of awake and sleepy shots that mom and dad absolutely loved and that’s all that matters! The lasting memories that will be cherished forever.
